The School District of Greenwood is encouraging parents of next year’s 4-year-old kindergarten students to call the elementary office between 8:00-3:00, Monday-Friday, to start the registration process for the 2022-23 school year.
Registration materials will be mailed out later this Spring, so it is important to have all the information of our families, current and new, to ensure all 4K students are included.
Screening of all 4K students will take place during the first few weeks of the school year in September. All students will be screened to determine strengths and needs as they begin their educational journey. Follow-up with parents on the results of the screening will occur shortly thereafter.
NOTE:
The student must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2022, to be eligible for the 4-year-old Kindergarten program.
