Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
The School Board and administration have spent many hours this summer reading, reviewing, and researching a great deal of information regarding COVID-19 and the recommended safety procedures, practices and protocols to reopen schools in the most safe manner possible this fall. We have taken this responsibility very seriously.
The Greenwood Way Forward 2020 Reopening Plan was approved by the School Board on July 27, 2020.
The plan is to start the school year “in-person” 5-days per week for grades K-12. (Please note 4K will be Monday-Thursday). The Middle/High School will be using a Block Schedule to reduce the number of student transitions during the day.
In addition, to best provide for the health and safety of our students and staff we have had to change how we do certain things. The complete reopening plans can be seen below.

Each school will be sending more specific details regarding events such as Open House, student schedules, athletics, etc. in the coming days.
